Welcome to the Launch of Sarah’s Twists

There are two mistakes one can make along the road to truth . . . not going all the way , and not starting .

— Buddah.

Hi! Welcome to my new blog. Now, please bear with me as I am trying to figure out how to work all these things. I am learning along the way like many of you are, and many of you have. Here are some small little tidbits I want to talk about my journey here.

Who are you besides just Sarah?

A big introduction to me. I am Sarah Aubree. Currently, I am starting this blog at 24 years old and a mother to a 2 year old daughter and 1 year old son. I reside in sunny Southern California in the greater Los Angeles area. I started crocheting back in 2018 when I was put on bed rest during my final trimester with my son. I, then, picked up knitting in January of 2019. And by December of 2019 I am starting this blog!

What will you publishing?

My main goal through SarahsTwists.com is to bring you patterns, tutorials, and just little chit chats. One of the biggest goals I want to bring is weekly posts. Whether that is a crochet or knitting pattern, to refurbishing furniture, and more. I want to be there for the crafting community to come together and enjoy what we all love to do and that is create.

Why start a website?

Since starting my fibre crafting journey, I always wanted to be able to give back to the community that once welcomed me with open arms. I want to be able to do the same for many people out there. Sharing is one way I know I can give the gift of crafting. I wanted to create a site where I can talk to you all and be able to share with you the things I have made along the way. I want to be able to give you guys free patterns along with an introduction to some paid patterns I may release down the road. This is something that I want to make mine. I have two little ones who will grow up to becoming their own little beings, and this website I wanted to just make mine.
